1. Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we make international shipments. If your country is not a part of our destination, please reach out to us at info@rykahandcrafted.com and we will add your destination country, if possible.

Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999/-. For orders below that, we charge shipping fee of flat Rs. 100/-.

We ship internationally via India Post. Our shipping fees for international shipments are calculated on the order value. 

2. Do you accept cash on delivery?

We offer free Cash on Delivery (COD) only for deliveries within India.

3. My order is unshipped, I would like to cancel my order.

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only. 

4. I need to receive my order by a specific date. How is it possible?

Please note that we will try our best to deliver your orders in time. Delivery on a specific day or before a specific date can be attempted from our side on a best effort basis. Please place the order and immediately send an email to info@rykahandcrafted.com with your order number and expected delivery date.

5. I need to change the delivery address. How can I do that?

If your order has not yet been picked up from our warehouse, we can definitely change your delivery address. Just reach out to us and we will do our best to help! If the order has already been dispatched, there is very little we can do to update the address.

6. I need an exchange as my product is broken. How can I do that?

Sorry to hear that your product is damaged. Please drop us an email at info@rykahandcrafted.com with images of the product and we will help arrange a replacement for you. For further details please refer to our Return and cancellation policy.


7. I returned my product when will I get the replacement

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect product. For further details please refer to our “Returns and Cancellation Policy”

8. Do you take Bulk Orders?

Yes. Whether you’re a corporate entity, event planner or simply someone looking to place a bulk order, we can cater to your bulk order needs.

9. Is customization possible to any of our product?

You can share your customization requirements and if it is possible to create using the Filigree art we will definitely give it a shot.

10. How to take care of my Silver Jewellery?

You need to take some preventive measures along with occasional polishing to always keep it looking as good as new. You may refer to our “Jewellery Care” section for further details.

11. What payment options are available?

Currently, we accept Credit cards, Debit cards and UPI .
