Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
- Orders are processed within 8 -10 business days.
- If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we’ll notify you of any delay immediately.
- Our courier partners will deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm (Public holidays excluded)
- Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to bad weather, political unrest and other force majeure.
- Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
Shipping Rates
Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 1499/-. For orders below that, we charge shipping fee of flat Rs. 100/-.

You will receive tracking details over email once the order is shipped.
Damages
Damaged or Incorrect product must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. For further details please refer to our “Returns and Cancellation Policy”.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only.
International Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates
We ship internationally via India Post. Our shipping fees for international shipments are calculated on the order value.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
